Fastershire offers free digital support for parish and town councils in Herefordshire.
Funded by Herefordshire Council, we aim to help improve your online presence and communication.
The free Digital Visit from an expert advisor can be in person or via video call and can provide support and advice with:
- Websites – content, maintenance, navigation, accessibility
- Sharing information online/in the cloud – sharing documents securely, setting-up an online diary to schedule events and meetings, or storing photos online
- Social media – how to share news/seek feedback, setting-up and administering a Facebook page/group, scheduling posts, understanding page roles
- Email – distribution mechanisms, managing distribution lists, GDPR
